Peral Brewery

Peral Brewery was originally a Spanish Brewery conceived in the early 1990's. Over the years, a lot of changes have taken place and a lot of venues in Spain have been considered.

A British brewery is now more important, when the UK is outside of the EU market, with subsequent transport costs and Tariffs.

Our initial concept is to brew real ales for the Ex-Pat bars and communities at competitive prices. These are packaged in various sized bottles as well as the relatively new "one-way" KeyKegs which utilises current technology. This comes without incurring considerable empty cask transport costs & consequent loss which would mean reducing the Company Balance Sheet.

As this is a large investment, we have set up Crowdfunding. Crowdfunding allows individual Shareholders to benefit from our business by various means. A Scottish brewery with a similar business model has mastered this particular method.

The Managing Director, Greg Hatt has a long association with La Manga. He is joined by Maria, our key contact in Spain.

A 4,000m2 rural property, with a 1,000m2 new licensed 'agriculture' building was found and has been visited. This site is ideal with all the necessary features and consequent benefits. This includes two international airports (the third: Corvera, to open soon). This means personnel, enthusiastic working shareholders and brewing Consultants are easily available from the UK.

Specialist British ingredients can also be brought in Hold baggage, as quickly and as cheaply as possible. This ensures 'on-time source supply' with minimum stock levels. The ingredients are tasty and freshness is assured as we never buy in too much quantity. Bulk supplies from Spanish sources can be purchased at a more competitive price than the UK.

Also the nearby motorways ensure that our major markets are only 4+ hours away. This includes Costa Del Sol (Gibraltar), Almeria (Andalucia), Costa Blanca (Benidorm), Madrid. Other venues in Iberia, as well as Portugal can be considered in due course when they are deemed profitable.

Minimal initial expenses will be monitored with the majority of shareholders investment held in a suitable UK Escrow account until released when suppliers have to be paid.
